We accept returns for artificial flowers under these conditions:
- Condition: The flowers must be in their original, unused condition, and free from damage.
- Packaging: Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories with the return.
- Timing: Request the return within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
Return Process

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return results from a defect or an error on our part. We advise using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
Inspection and Refunds
After receiving the returned flowers, we will inspect them to confirm they meet our eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. We will issue the refund using the original payment method, unless we agree on an alternative arrangement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized Arrangements: Personalized or custom artificial flower arrangements.
- Altered Items: Artificial flowers that have been damaged, altered, or tampered with by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective artificial flowers, contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.
